SM-G930F | Samsung Galaxy S7 | CF-Auto-Root

KingoRoot are trying to develop more exploits now. So that it could be available to root Samsung Galaxy S7 in the future. Kingoroot will keep trying and make the device supported as soon as possible. Samsung Galaxy S7 is officially available worldwide since March,2016. G930F is currently running the latest Android system 6.0.1 (Marshmallow). There is no methods of one click root available for this device. However,there is a relatively solid way,that is to root with Chainfire's CF-Auto-Root.

Things need to prepare before rooting Galaxy S7 (SM-G930F)

Check and confirm your model number.
Settings > About device/phone > Model number.
Backup all your data.
Enabled "Developer settings"
"USB debugging" Enabled in "Developer settings".
At least 80% battery level.

How to Root Galaxy S7 Exynos Variants (SM-G930F)

Files required:

Download Samsung USB driver for SM-G930F and install Samsung Android USB Driver for Windows.
How to Install USB Driver for Samsung Devices on Windows?
Download CF-Auto-Root-herolte-heroltexx-smg930f.zip and then unzip it on your computer. It will contain several files including Odin and a hero2lte-hero2ltexx-smg930f.tar.md5 file.

Steps to root SM-G930F with CF-Auto-Root

Enter Download mode (Odin mode)

Shut down your SM-G930F
Press and hold the‘Home + Volume Down + Power’buttons together until you see the download mode screen.
Press Power key again to confirm.

Run Odin as administrator and connect your S7 to PC while it's in Download mode.
If successfully connected,it should say Added!! in Odin's interface.
If not,try to plug it in another USB port,or another cable,or install USB driver again.
Once connected,click AP button and then select the .tar.md5 file extracted from CF-Auto-Root by Chainfire.
The Auto Reboot and F.Reset Time are automatically selected in the Odin provided by Chainfire,and then click Start.
It will show PASS when it's succeed. And also ID:COM will turn green.

If failed,what should you do?

Go back to the beginning and do it again.
Still failed. Perform the tutorials without checking "Auto-Reboot".
